Orasys and our consultants have successfully migrated People soft HRIS, ADP, Pro Business, Ceredian, Lawson, Integral, and Great Plains data to Oracle HCM 11i suite. Our consultants have an excellent understanding of all the above HR Systems Data structures, and have converted data for some of the largest clients in the country. Our consultants have a proven methodology to clean, convert and validate data, no matter the size. With years of experience converting HCM data, we have established proven data conversion packages using Oracle Delivered API’s.

Interface Development

Orasys has extensive experience building interfaces between Oracle and any third party vendor that will accept data electronically. This includes all of the top Benefits vendors, Payroll vendors, and Recruiting job boards. Our consultants have extensive experience providing solutions for:

Outbound Interfaces to all Benefit Vendors and also Payroll Vendors (ADP/Ceridian).
Inbound Interfaces from all the Benefit Vendors/Time Entry Systems using Oracle API’s, including BEE.
